Gentle bedside manner. Came in for pain management and exhibited signs of empathy and understanding. Gave me my options and with a soothing voice, administered and advised on my potential discharge plan. Upon entering my room, the ambient mode changed from anxiety to calm just by the voice, soft and low for the hour, and ease of moving about the door and computer. I believe this is one of the most outstanding qualities I have witnessed with all of the noc shift care staff. Instead of barging in, there is a gentle calm, which exudes compassion.
