The patient was my mother and the nurse was a good listener, smiling and spreading positive energy. My mother was tired and Nerissa's manner made her laugh. Thank for her and thank you to all the hospital staff.

Narissa was understanding and helpful when my brother came inside; she asked relevant questions and she helped him during his pain by giving him painkillers and the required medication. She responded to our questions and tried her best to keep us on board.
