Some employees do what is required and some go above and beyond. Neil was one that went above and beyond. The day I checked in, Neil contacted me before I arrived and gave me some helpful tips about my surgery. Once I was at the hospital Neil showed genuine caring and concern. Neil helped me out multiple times with various things. I don't know if that was a part of his job or if he was just helping my nurse. Neil made me feel good about being at Kaiser Permanente.
