Where do I begin? Neusa is a breath of fresh air - so compassionate and kind, never rushed and takes her time, even though she had more patients, she treated me as if I were the only patient. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. She performed her hourly rounding and then some. I was in pain and she did what she could to address the issues causing my pain. She is friendly and compassionate. I really enjoyed speaking with her. I had a not so pleasant experience in the ED and she made me forget all about that. I am an LPN going for my RN soon and want to become the nurse Neusa is today. Compassion and empathy go a long way and she has it all! She is an asset to the Steward organization. She put a smile on this patient's face, even when I was in pain. Thank you!
