I was struggling with the news of my diagnosis and medication. The psychiatrist assigned to me spent less than 6 minutes speaking to me, did not like me asking questions, and was very robotic in her approach. 

Nevin noticed I was upset and spent time taking thrift the diagnosis, explaining how it overlaps with ADHD, explaining my medication, and just being an absolutely wonderful support in my time of need. I honestly don't think my progress in the IPBH would've gone as well as it did without Nevin's help.
