There are not enough words to express about how she went above and beyond and expressed compassion. She made a nightmare easy and when you have a nurse like her, it puts the patient’s mind at ease.
A patient was admitted to the ICU twice. During this time, Ngantranh provided excellent care and showed great compassion for her patient. She went above and beyond to find ways to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Ngantranh has a warm and caring personality and made sure the ICU stay was a pleasant experience for the patient and family alike. Thank you, Ngantranh.
