I am proud of my nurse and with a thankful/grateful heart, I offer my recommendation. A clear-cut circumstance that strikes my mind was during one of my visits to the clinic. Upon the receipt of my diagnosis which I least expected, I was low-spirited. My blood pressure was unexplainably high. My nurse rendered to me an unassuming attention in a very compassionate and reputable manner, which was so thoughtful of her. All my vitals were done with a high degree of mastery. When I was done with the provider, she dedicated her time out of her tight schedule to go through my discharge instructions and later put me through all that was required. She also went as far as ensuring that my appointment was rescheduled to a conducive and favorable time when she noticed that a prior scheduled time was not conducive for me due to my work schedule. This really went a long way to raise my hope and trust in this esteemed establishment. What more can I say...? My nurse, in her humble and respectful attitude, gave me an instance of patients who underwent mastectomy on both breasts and how they confessed positively to their situations. This alone alleviated my fears and anxieties, thereby uplifting my spirit. (I'm quite sure she didn't notice the rate at which I was relieved.) Consequently, before my discharge, my blood pressure, which she opted to re-check, became considerably okay. Moreover, My DAISY nurse, in her kind gesture, followed up with me to make certain that my radiation appointment was duly scheduled, hence restoring my peace and comfort, which helped me to maintain a positive atmosphere. She is well-organized, and open-minded, and fully capable of providing direct patient care. Her compassionate nature, rapt attention to detail, and outstanding patient care skills greatly contributed to my positive experience and improved health outcome and, as a result, would be of great significance to your organization. This lady is exceptionally gifted.
