I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for our manager. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you have shown to this unit. During hectic times, she does not hesitate to help. Often, I have witnessed her at the secretary’s desk answering the phone and call light when a secretary is not available. She has also helped during codes, starting IVs, facilitating the floor, taking patients out during discharges, and many other tasks. She shows compassion and concern for patients and staff. During difficult times, I have come to Ngozi and confided in her. She listened and prayed with me. It is nice to have a manager who genuinely and sincerely cares about her staff. Thank you for putting yourself on the front line. Thank you for all your hours of hard work and devoted labor. Your compassion, optimism, and kindness do not go unnoticed.
