Nguyen-Truc Q Le, CMSRN, RN

I have been in the VA healthcare system for 39 years. Nguyen-Truc has impressed me many times in the last 2 weeks. When she goes on shift, she greets me with compassion and respect. She advocates for me in situations (multiple) where my treatment is apparently detrimental to my care plan. Her work ethic is impressive and always does more for her patients than we would normally expect.

I needed a Foley catheter, which she installed with great care in consideration of my PTSD. She has advocated for me with the doctors when staff are confused about my pain meds. I have nothing but respect and admiration for her professionalism. She appears to me to have a deep and lasting commitment to all the veterans. I trust her completely.
