Nurse Nhia is everything a patient dreams of when they think of hospitable care. From the way she sends courtesy reminders for your next appointment to her responsive follow-through after visits, which is my favorite part. I’ve never worked with such an organized, empathetic, and caring health professional. Nurse Nhia demonstrates exemplary service unconditionally and shows she truly loves her career and cares about her patients. We wish she could remain part of our family throughout my toddler’s life.
