Nhu took such great care of our dad after his craniotomy. The surgery day was such a whirlwind of a day and we were all nervous and scared. Her attention to detail, attentiveness, and care did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful. We were so scared about the situation because it was only a week ago, we found out about the brain tumor. At 71 years old, our dad never had been hospitalized and doesn't have much of a medical history.
The time Nhu took to explain things and what to expect was so appreciated. Even just 24 hours out of his major surgery, our dad knew Nhu was the best nurse. Being a nurse myself, I knew I would be watching his nurse's every move, but with her, I felt safe. Even just meeting her when I went to see the room he would be in while he was in PACU, I knew he would be in good hands. She is beyond amazing, and all her patients are lucky to have her.
