Thank you for caring for my mother before her passing. You were her favorite nurse. We wish you were her nurse after she left the ICU and came back. Thank you for visiting her in ICU and when she came back.

Even though she was not your patient when she came back, you still made time to stop by to check on her and put a smile on her face. Thank you for sticking by her side when you all tried to save her, and for putting a smile on her face. You spent hours just to make sure she was comfortable.
