Nic came into the room where I was and immediately put me at ease. He reassured me that he was there to be the best nurse and help me feel better and get answers. He checked on me several times, even though they had a full waiting room and all ER rooms were full, too. Every time I asked him a question, he answered thoroughly, and if he didn’t know, he went to find out. He definitely followed protocol in all areas and seemed to work well with his peers and doctors. He really likes working at the hospital ER, and he deserves an award. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had all day.
