I am so impressed by the wonderful care my grandmother received on IMC. During the midnight shift, Nikki and Mia were in charge of my grandmother's care. During the shift, my grandma, who is 93 years old, found out her younger brother, who is 90 years old, was admitted to this unit. Nikki and Mia got my grandma into a cardiac chair and took her to go see her brother. This meant the world to my grandma and my whole family. It has been many years since they had been able to see each other in person. I am so grateful they had this special moment together. I know it will be a very cherished memory for them both. Thank you, Nikki and Mia, for the extraordinary nurses that you are! This is what PFCC is all about.

I would like to thank the doctors and staff who took care of my mother on her recent stay at Beaumont. They did a wonderful job and treated her lovingly and with respect. I would like to say a special thanks to her nurses, Nikki and Mia, who went above and beyond their duties by taking my mother, in her hospital bed, to the ICU to see her brother who was admitted. It was a bit of a miracle that the siblings ended up at the same hospital since they are both bedridden and have not seen each other in a decade.
