While many nurses are skilled, Nichelle provided a top level of care that my wife and I will never forget.

During the months I needed home healthcare, I was feeling particularly overwhelmed and unsure because of my colostomy surgery aftercare at home, which needed to be replaced every two to three days. Instead of Nichelle just doing her clinical duties, she went far beyond her duties as an RN.

Her empathy and advocacy truly stood out. Nichelle would sit with me and my wife just to make sure we felt safe, felt heard with our concerns, and valued in her care. Nichelle was always there when in need. I needed to go to the hospital one night, and Nichelle sat with me until my daughter could arrive, which made me feel safe.
