We were scared, and had no idea what was wrong especially when my mother appeared to be getting worse. Nick put us at ease and helped to maintain my mother's dignity. He spent time with her, talked with her and helped her through a very difficult day. He was her cheerleader when she needed it, and held her hand when we couldn't. He made her laugh when she was scared and wiped her tears when she cried. He's genuine, compassionate, and caring, and is passionate about his job.
