My husband was very uncomfortable and agitated two nights in a row. Nic stayed with him and encouraged him and did everything in his power to provide meds and comfort until my husband could finally get some sleep. Nic explains everything in full detail that he is going to do. He always treated my husband and me with respect and allow my husband to perform as many things as he could so he could keep his sense of dignity even though he was lying in a hospital bed. He is very just and takes his patients' needs to heart and fixes any problems and doesn't ignore them. You can see his coworkers respect and look up to Nic.
Nic is performing his duties as a Cardiac Care Nurse at a level way above satisfactory. He communicated with the patient on their level but in a professional manner. He understands the health care system and explains everything in full to calm patients' nerves. Nic is doing the job God intended him to do. He is a perfect fit.
