Nick understood that I was a nurse but not a Cardiac Nurse. He also understood that being a patient is a lot different. He worked hard to make sure that I understood everything and that my family’s needs were met. He talked with my sister on the phone to keep her updated. He was tactful in explaining to me my limitations and expectations. Nick was the coordinator of all my care. He encouraged me to stay positive. He made sure that PT worked with me and that I did my part. He recommended which medications I could take for which needs. He explained the what and why of everything. He is confident and made me feel safe. This nurse came into the room so often that it seemed like he was always there. He is above and beyond in every area of patient care. This person is to nursing what Lexus is to cars. Thank You!
