Nicholas' professional attitude and skill really shines. When needed, he seems to be on the spot. With a soothing compassion that put me at ease when my breathing suddenly got out of control. Within minutes he had me calmed and assured me he wouldn't leave me until we had it under control. A pill I had taken was caught in my throat. I started to panic, but I soon realized he had it under control. His skill and kindness; not to mention his instructions calmed me and reassured me I was in the best of hands!
