Nick is the most caring with staff when he is in charge; he always asks everyone if they need help, or if they are OK. He is, even more, caring for the patients, e.g., a patient was very weak and Nick did everything he could to make the patient better. He always has a positive and motivating attitude. He never gets mad and always handles pressure with a great attitude. He is a great role model and I love learning from him every day.
