After being in intense pain all night, I called my doctor and he directed me to go to the ER. Everyone in the ER was kind and caring. They took good care of me. I wish to thank them for their professionalism and compassion. Upon being admitted for gallbladder surgery, I was taken to my room where Nick was my nurse. Nick is an absolutely wonderful nurse! He took the time to care for me and was very gentle. I didn't realize how gentle until another nurse had to put medication in my IV. Everything Nick did was kind and gentle. It felt like he was compassionate to what I was going through. He always followed protocols in making sure I was getting the medications prescribed. He explained everything he was doing which I really appreciated too he was professional but also down to earth and has a good sense of humor. He made my hospital experience a good one. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart. He is a true DAISY Nurse.

This nurse graciously allowed me to shadow him while I was in my last senior clinical RN rotation. He has a wonderful bedside manner and great attention to detail to ensure patient safety. It was a pleasure learning how to be a great nurse from him.
