Nick's attention in the Emergency Room really helped make a traumatic experience more bearable. His sincere concern for my health condition and comfort did much to calm me down and made it easier to accept the fact that I had to stay at the hospital for additional treatment. His experience and a very apparent understanding of the circumstances of my situation were very reassuring. The hospital had no rooms available and while Nick was taxed having to care for other patients in the packed waiting room, he made sure that I did not feel forgotten and closely communicated with the other team members and me. As soon as a room became available he promptly let me know and continued to coordinate my transfer. While Methodist Hospital sets the standard for the best treatment available in San Antonio, Nick's care is evidenced by the fact that he is among the best of the best.
