Nichole has been so encouraging, and I’ve loved having her on my team during my recovery.
My nurse is a nice nurse and has a good, clear heart. She is friendly and puts a smile on your face, and helps me with whatever I ask and need help with. She is the best of the best nurses. I am here at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. I hope that whoever reads this understands she shows much love from the heart and also much love from the heart to my best nurse, Nichole. Much love!

Nichole is one of the best nurses on this floor. She is so incredibly kind and patient with staff and patients! She stays late to help out whenever she can and is always so helpful. She is truly a team player and is always willing to jump in and help out wherever she is needed.
Tonight in particular, Nichole was here until 10:30 pm, even though she is a day shift nurse whose shift ended at 7 pm, she stayed to make the schedule for the next day, and I had to send a patient out. Nichole went above and beyond; she called EMS, helped me get the proper paperwork, and helped pack up the patient's belongings. She didn’t leave until she was sure that we didn’t need any more help.
Nichole is truly inspiring with the way she talks to patients and how she supports her fellow co-workers. Nichole is one of the best nurses on the floor with the biggest heart!

Nichole has been a pleasure to have a part of my care team. Her positive manner always brings up my mood. Nichole goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need and often comes in and checks on me even if she’s not assigned to me.
