My best friend and I were in a car accident, we both ended up at Harborview Medical Center. As a patient and visitor, I can understand the pressure every nurse goes through, but we both feel Nichole has the patience and dedication of an extraordinary nurse. Nichole taught me how to give my friend shots to prevent blood clots. Nichole is patient in teaching and has the patience to work one of the most challenging shifts. Thanks.
