Nichole is amazing. She is awesome at what she does. My aunt was in a bad car accident and Nichole went above and beyond to track her family down. Once we got to the hospital, Nichole was calm and explained everything in terms we could understand. She knew the importance of family. She was very understanding and accommodating of my 90-year-old grandma who needed to see her daughter. Even a few days later, when my aunt was assigned to a different RN, Nichole came to check on us. She even went to the Social Worker to advocate for what we needed! Thank you, Nichole, for going above and beyond to find us and help us during this difficult time.
