Nichole Hickman, DNP, RN, CPNP

Nichole is a great leader who continues to live our values daily. Nichole has worked on and found many opportunities that improve our clinician's skills/ensure a safe patient care environment. Recently, Nichole identified, resolved, and managed a vaccine-related issue with much grace. Nichole also arranged town halls for nursing and other clinical staff, the first of its kind for SIP. Nichole has also worked to standardize vaccine/medical supply purchasing through the TSC. She not only identified the opportunity, but followed through on education for all offices. Nichole is building a reputation of trust and doing right by patients/team members. She is an excellent leader who has a tremendous growth trajectory.
