Nichole Melton 2, RN

Nichole cared for my dad and family during a week-plus stay. Nichole displayed great leadership in coordinating his needs with the doctors as his medical situation changed during his stay. She was instrumental in moving things forward with Resource Management in looking at what his needs would be after leaving the hospital. Nichole was a joy to talk with and help understand what was going on with him medically. Sky Lakes is fortunate to have her on staff and we are fortunate she is a part of the Klamath community. Nichole is a great leader and part of an outstanding nursing/CNA staff. Thank you, Nichole, for all you do!
