Nichole Morris, RN

The overall experience my mom has had as a patient is very, very good. From the ER staff to the nursing staff on 2 East, all have proven to be fast, efficient, professional, upbeat, and nice. Nichole Morris is a stand-out amidst all the excellence. As mom’s day nurse, I had several key interactions with Nichole in explaining mom’s care. Nichole was friendly, competent, answered every question, was responsive to needs, available, fun to talk to, had great ideas to share, and overall, showed she cared about mom (a rare commodity!) as much as I cared she received good care. All in all, Nichole went above and beyond! We are super grateful. Thank you to the staff, especially Nichole.
