Nichole is an amazing charge nurse who always advocates for the well-being and safety of the staff. As a nurse who has been impacted by the immense workload that COVID has brought to the ER, Nichole has always ensured that I had the support needed. She is an amazing critical thinker that always finds solutions even during tough situations. She deserves to be recognized and acknowledged for her hard work!
