During a difficult patient encounter, Nicole went above and beyond to maintain patient confidence and calmness by exhibiting a very empathetic attitude and exceeding the patient's needs. This is not the first time I have witnessed Nicole’s dedication to her patients' needs. She truly exemplifies the term compassion. It is a shame that there are not more nurses in the field like like her.
