Nichole was the nurse assigned to my son's girlfriend. She was admitted to the ER with abdominal pain. She was upset in pain and very nervous. Nichole was calming and caring with both R, my son, and me. As it turns out, R needed surgery that night. Nichole continued to keep us informed and make sure we had everything we needed. She provided information and continued to provide support and comfort to this very frightened patient. A great nurse!
