I was so very blessed to have him as my caregiver during my extended stay here. Extremely professional. Very thorough. On top of his game. Now about his love and kindness, his empathy and compassion for me were heartwarming in a very scary time. He showed compassion and comfort in my time of need. Nick is very focused on his job, and he responded to a call promptly. Very caring and polite. He always asked me if there is something that is needed before leaving the room. Nick is clean and organized in performing his work. Always emptied the urinal when she sees urine in it. I don't have to ask to empty or pick up my mess on the table. Nick arrived after I had a difficult experience with a previous nurse. I was stressed and concerned about my care. He got me on track with a lesser-level painkiller schedule that actually reduced my pain levels. For the first time in the hospital, I was able to sleep due to his careful coordination of my checkup schedule.

Nick explained items from my chart/record that I was previously very confused about. He greatly increased my confidence in this medical facility, and my comfort level, and I feel he has contributed a great deal to the speed of my recovery. He always made sure my pain pills were there as I needed them and was very courteous to me. Kind, smart, and very helpful! Glad he was here for me!
