Nick is an excellent nurse as well as coworker. I often see him sitting or kneeling to the patients' level to comfort them or explain what is happening. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from patients about how caring he is.
It's also easy to see Nick's high level of competence and knowledge when watching him work. He is an amazing asset to his coworkers, always offering help and willing to assist with the biggest or smallest task.
Nick keeps his cool under pressure and is so calm and prepared in urgent situations. Lastly, he is incredibly supportive of everyone he works with and is a pleasure to be around!
