She is a highly energetic person who just brings a smile to your face. She made sure that I had everything I needed and more. She also pulled me out of my funk and encouraged me to shower to feel better.
I came in with an abdominal abscess and abdominal cellulitis that I’ve been fighting since the beginning of December. I had a c-section before Thanksgiving, giving birth to my son. Nick went above and beyond to care for me. I was very sad because I was away from my newborn son. And there were other personal things ongoing. Nick took her time out of her busy day and let me vent to her, multiple times. She also helped me care for my wound and gave me advice on how to take care of it. And how to take care of my c-section scar since I’m a bigger person, so I have a hang in my tummy.

I felt like I’d known Nick forever, which, truly, I’d never met this person in my life until I was admitted to the hospital. We had issues with discharging, and Nick was getting to the bottom of why it wasn’t happening and what was going on with my Rx because they got canceled and told me my options about how to get them. Gave me all the info I needed to get it fixed. She is a highly energetic person who just brings a smile to your face. She made sure that I had everything I needed and more. She also pulled me out of my funk and encouraged me to shower to feel better. She answered all my MIL questions (which was a lot). She wasn’t even in the same state as me (MIL). She made sure I ate all or most of my food and was doing her best to get me back to my son. Before she left for the day, she came and visited me for a bit because my husband was unable to come that day. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. She truly deserves the DAISY Award!
