Nick Dinnell, RN

We had Nick for 3 days during my father’s hospitalization post a coronary artery bypass that was done at another facility. Unfortunately, complications arose, and he was hospitalized here for further care. It was a very scary moment for us all and Nick was so amazing at answering the million questions we had and was so kind and patient with us. He went out of his way to not only treat my father with respect and kindness but also was very attentive to us as well. When speaking with my father, he made sure he was always at my father’s level and would even joke with my dad, making my father less anxious about his stay. Every time we called, he came in with a big smile, and before leaving, he made sure all needs were met. We’re extremely thankful for his amazing care and professionalism.
