Nick is very good to help all staff without problem or excuses, doesn't matter who they are and what is the problems. He is very calm and makes everything very easy for other people. I work with all kinds of staff and he is one extraordinary person; we can work as a team without issues. He makes us happy and no tensions. If a patient calls or a bed alarm is going on, he will be there in a second. I am very proud he is our charge nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager.
