My mom was in PCU while undergoing testing for an unknown heart condition before being transferred to CICU. Nick's bedside tact and patient communication were absolutely amazing. He explained everything well and made it very easy to just chat with him. He was a bright light in a scary situation and made my mom so comfortable. You can tell he loves his career and strives to provide the best patient experience. Nick went out of his way to swing by and check in on my mom the following day, AFTER his shift in ICU, and stopped to give her a hug as she was being transferred to CICU. Nick, you were a welcoming sight during an unknown time for my mom while they were figuring out her issue, and we are forever grateful for your kindness and your spectacular patient care.
