Nick Krueger, RN

Nick made a difference for a patient by stepping in and helping a coworker who was overwhelmed and needed assistance with patient care. I came to ask Nick for help and he did not hesitate. He came to the rescue got the IV in and got the patient situated in a timely manner. Nick displays humanity, caring, and compassion for patients and co-workers. He is an example of a team player. It was not his patient but still took the time and care for the sake of the patient. Nick had his own assignment. The ED had been overwhelmingly busy, and he still took time to help others. He provided compassionate quality health care and went above and beyond for patient care and helping a co-worker.
