Nick L Globig, BSN, RN

Nick was only my nurse for half a shift, but what he did for me was priceless. His medical care was excellent and when I questioned a scan that I had, Nick immediately called the doctor back to talk to me. I appreciated that he took my concerns seriously and made sure that I was as informed as I wanted/needed to be. After I was discharged, my sister-in-law and I were in the car driving toward the parking lot exit when we saw Nick racing out of the building waving something white in his hands. He flagged us down and through my open car window, he handed me my favorite Penn State whiteout sweatshirt that I had left in the room. That in and of itself was beyond anything I’d expect from my nurse. But what made this special is that Nick is a Pitt grad. My stay at Lancaster Medical Center was possibly the best hospital experience I have ever had. Nick was the dot on the “i” and the cross on the “t”. Thanks so much, Nick!
