Nick was absolutely amazing, he always made sure to not only check on L but also my husband and me. Our son was very very scared of nursing staff, he took that into consideration every time he needed to check his vitals, he did his best to make him comfortable, he is also a terrible sleeper. I have never met a nurse more calm and gentle with our son to make sure he remains asleep. We had him 2 days in a row. So thankful we had the pleasure of meeting Nick! He always felt like an advocate for our son, and would truly do his best to help us. We live about 8-10 hours away and he was always pushing the staff to give us answers so we could get home as soon and safely as possible. He's such an amazing asset to your team!
