My daughter was admitted into the emergency department and was diagnosed with pneumonia and was ultimately admitted to your hospital. While in the ED Nickle was her nurse and was able to put my daughter at ease as she was full of anxiety from having a fever and being really sick. Nickel was very kind to my daughter and let her know she cared about her health and comfort. She also had to draw blood, my daughter has terrible veins, but Nickle took extra time and care to draw her blood successfully. My daughter was very appreciative of the extra care and attention Nickel provided her.
