Nicki was attentive to our girl and calmed her throughout the procedure.
We rushed to the hospital with our 10-day old newborn daughter who was vomiting around the clock. Within 24 hours, she had surgery for an intestinal blockage, and spent the next week recovering in the hospital. Our baby did not seem to be getting better. That's when Nicki stepped into the picture. Nicki placed an NG tube in our baby and did it with such grace, compassion, and competency. Nicki was attentive to our girl and calmed her throughout the procedure. We were impressed. Nicki was an advocate for our daughter, ensuring that she received the best care to meet her needs. Throughout our 78-day stay, Nicki would check in on us and help us navigate our baby’s care. Never have I met such a genuinely caring and present nurse. Our daughter would not have healed without Nicki’s presence and intervention.
