I was admitted to the ER and Nickie was the first person I saw. Immediately she offered words of wisdom and assurance and reminding me I was in the right place to get the help I needed. Essentially her words cut through the pain and made me feel safe. She was the right person at the right time in the right place. It is my firm belief she represented herself and the hospital's ER well, and with the highest integrity.
