This is the 3rd time in the past month that I've been admitted to the hospital. After a while, you notice a lot that goes on around you. Above taking care of my needs throughout the shift, Nico took care of my roommate who was worse off than me. He also took care of his family. From what I could see, Nico took control of the shift with everyone's needs in mind as to priority to what comes first, except for the hidden problems we as patients do not see nor understand.

Having the right attitude, the experience and the compassion to care while being bounded by rules is a challenging job. And if I say that "expert care" is not countable, it truly runs in the blood and heart of that person and it just comes along as a norm. That is how Nico rocks the floor. Nico always maintains that attitude of going beyond to always give the most qualified care. He leads and coordinates the kinds of care and intervention that his patients need. He is always hands on to his patients, giving him the opportunity to assess well, get to know and make the patient comfortable and trusting his care.
