I was admitted in the hospital and upon entering the receiving area I was confronted by my operation surgeon and was not treated well which left a nasty taste in my mouth as far as the whole Allegheny General Hospital and that's until I met Nico. I tell you this man did everything in his power and more to make sure I was comfortable and his dealing with me was so genuine that it made me forget about the attending physician. What really blew my mind is Nico was getting off his shift and he came to my room and said, "I'm about to get off and I'm just coming to kick it with you until I get off."
