Over several years now, Nicola has always been a friendly, calming, and professional presence. Her caring and sense of humour are always welcome. She makes the complicated process of treatment seem effortless. We are relaxed and confident that all will be done well. Nothing is too much trouble, and although she’s always dashing about out of necessity it's nice to share anecdotes and stories concerning our respective families.

Nicola's calming presence takes the edge off the stress of treatment. And because of her, the treatment is far less daunting. Initially, I was apprehensive, but now I can crack on and go with the weekly flow. Nicola's suggestions for ways of handling things are great too! Also, Nicola has convinced us to sample the joys of Wales, and she was right!
