My mother was on the telemetry floor for 5 days. I had questions concerning my mother's blood pressure medications. Nicola was not my mother's nurse, but she saw my distress and asked how she could help. She provided me the sequence of events and data. When explained, it was very logical. She further explained what was happening and the rationale behind the course of action. She was very competent in her explanations. She was kind and compassionate, offering further help if I needed it.
