Nicole Like is someone who takes an interest. She goes above and beyond every day at work by speaking with families and getting to know the patient and their situation. Nicole is a phenomenal charge nurse. She has a great working relationship with the doctors and nurses she supervises. The word "team" comes to mind when you see her shift work. Her staff members know that they have someone special to help them if they need it. Patients, families and staff really like Nicole, her spirit shines through. She also has a wonderful sense of humor that puts us at ease.
