At 3 am, when there’s an emergency, there's no one I want taking care of my family but Nicole. This has been the hardest year of my life, having to deal with medical issues with my father. It's always a feeling of relief knowing Nicole has been assigned to his care.

She has provided the most non-judgmental care every time. Believe me, I'm aware, he can be a pain in the butt, and she has been the only one who can build a sense of trust with him and ease the burden of his being in the hospital. Her continuous communication shows how much she respects her patients and their families. She has advocated for him when we couldn't be at the bedside, just as if he were family.

Actually, after the number of visits we've had, she might as well be family. During our most recent visit, my father suffered a cardiac arrest at home. Even in the midst of an emergency, she handled her skills with grace. Her small acts of kindness don't go unnoticed. I just want her to know she has always shown that we are seen and heard. It’s clear that this is who she really is, a compassionate nurse who makes a real difference for people going through tough times.
