My daughter has been a patient here since Saturday. Nicole Perez has been the attending nurse for my daughter from Saturday to Monday and will be until she is released. Nurse Perez constantly attends to my girl’s room. She explains everything in detail. She explains the tests they are going to perform, how they are going to do it, and why. When I visit with my daughter, she tells me how she did during the day and night, when I’m not here. Nurse Perez also explains situations, procedures, and results in a way my daughter and I can understand. Ms. Perez stands out as a nurse who is willing and able to go beyond the normal call of duty. Overall, a great nurse is someone who is caring, compassionate, skilled, and able to function as part of a team effectively. This is definitely Nurse Perez! Ms. Perez went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable. Thank you.
